Relocation Training for International Transfers
Relocation training is a targeted intercultural training for expats (and their partners or families) that aims to help them to live and work successfully in the target country. With a focus on cultural differences in both daily life and business, expats gain the knowledge and develop the skills they need to minimize culture shock and adapt quicker to all the changes associated with moving to a new country. This allows them to have a softer landing and be more effective and productive in their new job roles. Programs can be delivered both pre-departure or post-arrival virtually and in-person respectively. Strategies for Effectively in the Global Workplace

You will learn a framework for understanding cultural values and their impact on working styles and behaviors in international teams. Becoming aware of your own communication style (both virtually and in-person) helps you know how to adapt it in an international environment. Learn methods for building successful relationships with your international counterparts and driving results in the global workplace. Get tips and best practices for international projects and collaborating in multicultural teams.
Working with the Germans
Learning about German business culture allows you to understand how to build relationships better, improve communication and manage common projects for effectively with your German colleagues. We will focus on what values influence your colleagues and how you can interpret their behavior better. You will also gain a framework of which intercultural dimensions that impact your colleague's working style and learn how to adapt to their preferred communication styles. Understanding the expectations your colleagues have for doing business increases your ability to collaborate with them more effectively.
